    You can place your orders in our online shop with the following payment methods:

  • Can I also pay cash on delivery or in advance?
    Ordering by prepayment is possible, just contact us via info@mrbrunch.ch. Cash on delivery is currently not possible.
  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At what times can I order?

    You can place your order at any time on your desired date. The order must be placed no later than 20:00 the day before for the next day.
    Currently we deliver from Thursday - Sunday.

  • How much are the shipping costs?

    We deliver within a radius of 20min from our location in Schlieren, Zurich free of charge out. Generally, we deliver up to a radius of Maximum 50 minutes drive, with a surcharge. the costs for this are as follows:

    21 - 30 minutes of travel = CHF 0.50 per minute

    31 - 40 driving minutes = CHF 0.75 per minute

    41 - 50 driving minutes = CHF 1.- per minute

    On request and for large orders, locations outside our normal delivery area are also possible.
    In the shopping cart, you can calculate the shipping costs. (These are calculated using real-time data from Google Maps).

  • Can I track my delivery?

    Yes, as soon as your delivery is on its way, you will receive an SMS with the tracking link. You can see where the driver is at the moment.

  • Can I also collect my box?
    Yes, of course. Simply select the following as the delivery address: Unterrohrstrasse 3, 8952 Schlieren and mention in the comment that you would like to pick up the order and state your pick-up time.
  • Can I order for someone else?

    Yes, for sure! You can choose the delivery address individually at checkout and surprise your loved ones.
    Note that the phone number you add to the billing address will also be given to the driver and used for tracking the order (as soon as the driver arrives at your destination, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link).

  • Can I also order if I live further than 50 minutes away?

    Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to place orders further than 50 minutes. However, if you are just over that, please contact us via email at info@mrbrunch.ch and we will find a solution :)

  • Do you run a shop?
    No, currently we only operate this online shop.
  • On which days can I order?

    We currently deliver from Thursday - Sunday.

  • Return & Exchange
  • Refunds:
    • Credits are refunded to you in the same form as you paid for the purchase.
    • If you have ordered by invoice, please wait for the new invoice.
    • Are you not satisfied? Be sure to contact us via info@mrbrunch.ch and we will find a solution to make up for it :)

  • What should I do if my voucher does not work?

    Due to our system change, some vouchers may no longer work.
    If this is the case for you, please send an email to info@mrbrunch.ch with a photo/screenshot of the voucher and you will receive a new working code.

  • Can I optionally add / remove products?

    Unfortunately, we do not currently have a function in our shop. However, we plan to offer customisable boxes in the future. If there is something you don't want in a box and would rather have something else instead, please leave a comment at the checkout and we will try to accommodate all requests.

  • Why should I create a user account?
    With a user account, you can easily log in to our online shop and order at any time. The advantage is that your personal details are already stored in the system and you don't have to re-enter them every time. You want to order quickly and easily? Then we recommend that you create a user account. Of course, you also have the option of shopping with us as a guest.
